Dieser soll nach den Äußerungen des #EU Digitalkommissars #Breton zukünftig zur #Zensur von Informationen in "Social Media" eingesetzt werden, um soziale Unruhen und #Aufstände zu unterdrücken, wie jene, die vor wenigen Monaten in #Frankreich ausgebrochen waren nach dem Mord eines #Polizisten an #Nahel.
Zusätzlich wird behauptet, der Digital Service Act sehe vor, "Desinformationen" zu prüfen und "Hass und Hetze" zu entfernen. Da diese Aufgabe keine objektiv neutrale Prüfstelle durchführt (da es eine solche unabhängige Stelle strukturell nämlich nicht geben kann), wird damit gemeint sein, dass Informationen nach politischen Kriterien und Interessen gefiltert werden.
Dies wird sich erwartbar z.B. daran aufzeigen lassen, dass die zahlreichen Desinformationen, die von Seiten der EU selbst aktiv verbreitet werden, um Beispielsweise #Massenüberwachung und neoliberale Programme zu propagieren, zukünftig wahrscheinlich nicht entfernt werden.
Auch werden die mörderische Hetze und der Hass der EU gegen Menschen auf der Flucht sicherlich nicht unterbunden werden, während ausführende EU-Institutionen wie #Frontex weiterhin durch #Desinformationen beschönigt werden.

"Ab Ende diesen Monats gelten neue Geschäftsbedingungen für Microsoft-Kunden. Wenn sie sich bei der Nutzung mehrerer Produkte (Betriebssystem, Software & Cloud-Dienste) nicht an deren vage formulierten Verhaltenskodex halten, kann das Microsoft-Konto gesperrt werden. Man verliert dann den Zugriff auf alle bezahlten oder kostenlosen Dienste und alle dort gespeicherten Daten. Auch wird #Microsoft mit den Behörden kooperieren. Die Regressansprüche aufgrund der Sperrungen hat man übrigens nicht minder vage formuliert."

Also, if you're in SF next weekend, the big thing is the amazing and free Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in Golden Gate Park. Many stages of diverse and excellent music. Super crowded, though, unless you score a friends & family pass.

I've been tying neckties pretty regularly since I was about 14 years old, and it still took me well into adulthood to learn:
- The right length for a necktie
- To use the four-in-hand knot … sparingly
- The importance of a good dimple
- That ties look better loose
- That paying a little more is worth it
Don't let your young people make the same mistakes I did.

I think that I actually "get" Surrealism now, or at least what it means to me.
Most of the Surrealists (not you Dali) were antifascist (communist and/or anarchist) and I think much of their work was intended as an antifascist psyop.
I've made posts like "Normalize being weird" & ranted about HOA's enforcing homogeneity because I see that as part of fighting fascism.
They were trying to shatter that same "impulse towards normality". I used to think they were just "being weird artists" trying to push the limits for fun or arts sake. Maybe some of them were, but we need an #Antifascist#Art movement with a quickness.
Use it to counterprotest fascists interrupting a trans event. Use it to make a point. Use it to fundraise for local candidates that allign with your values.

I think we really missed an opportunity a couple of years ago when we didn't call NFTs “grift certificates”.
God I fucking hate racists.
I cannot count how many times I’ve met someone new, spent time getting to know them and grown to like them and start to consider them a friend, only for them to one day feel as though they can drop some horrifically racist bullshit while talking to me. It’s instant removal from my life and all that time wasted. Zero. Fucking. Tolerance.
