Here's my niche mastodon frustration:
If I go to the profile of someone not on my instance, and look at who they're following, it shows me a random* subset of who they're following, unless I go to their homeserver.
I find this frustrating because when I find someone very informative or inspiring, I find that they often follow others I want to follow. It's a good discovery tool for me.
*I know it's not random but to the end user it feels random.
