Literally this is the second person in a month I have fired/otherwise not paid for repeat work because of using slurs. The first woman used the R word and the guy yesterday used a racial slur. I could ignore it and we could be all white neurotypical ableist bros together but I think it's important to tell these people that the words they use matter and in the case of this last guy cost them several hundred dollars in future business
