First time seeing this warning on a fediverse site, I'm having issues federating with it too.
The admin DM'd me asking if I blocked it, and after some investigation there is something weird going on.

@dansup@mastodon.social It looks like their router(!) company personally blocked their instance. The only recourse is probably to report it to them with that link, and/or for them to contact eero.
edit: do you have an eero router?
