I'm autistic, so I guess it's natural that I will never, ever be able to understand exactly when is the correct time to add my point to a group conversation.
Watching the conversation move onto a totally different topic, while a really good point is left unsaid, is a very specific autistic sadness.

I need a strategy for troubleshooting inter-image communication problems in #docker. I am trying to setup #mastodon in a docker container and the setup wizard claims it cannot connect to the PostgreSQL database. I've verified from a docker-compose ps that there is a port listening on 5436. Does docker throw errors in a log somewhere other than journalctl? I know I am missing something.

@histodons The history of knowledge production has a chapter on everyday practices. Working with books meant often: living with paper objects. The two small bound books on the table in the back remind the historian of this living with books context: next to the paper objects stands a water pitcher, and on top of the books is a small clay vase.
Knowledge practices of the European period 'Early Modernity" were often paper-related-practices, and they do have an everyday aspect.
