J'ai eu le cas à traiter avec mes 2 enfants, qu'on a pris sur le fait. Une bonne discussion a réglé le problème.

It doesn't generally work that way though. Angry people, those who will be voting no (for the most part) will want to stamp their disapproval on the referendum.

Wouldn't it be fascinating if the Yes vote won because No voters couldn't be arsed? :)

Après des mois de lutte, une nouvelle victoire. Mardi 3 octobre, le tribunal administratif de Poitiers a annulé deux arrêtés préfectoraux autorisant la création de quinze mégabassines en Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
